Process Automation

It pains us to see people wasting their time on stuff which we can automate. Whenever we see a business owner doing this we mention that for relatively small amounts of money they can free up 10-20% of their time for business development, marketing or other high-return work. Time that is currently being spent on some types of administration and management can be freed up for use elsewhere!

Kingston Development has automated the following business systems for its clients:

  • Booking systems
  • Order fulfilment
  • Digital content delivery
  • Mailing list systems
  • Audience Response systems
  • Supply chain management
  • Contact relationship management
  • SMS gateway integration
  • PayPal integration
  • e-commerce integretion with point of sale systems

To date, we have automated systems in the following sectors:

  • Not-for-profit
  • Corporate training
  • Education
  • Antiques
  • Marketing
  • Retail
  • Hospitality
  • Arts/Photography
  • Start-up companies

Case Study : Elevate Education

Elevate Education is Australia's leading provider of school seminars on time management, study skills, student motivation, memory skills, etc and presents to 45,000 students annually. Elevate's award winning managing director and author Douglas Barton has the tough job of managing 60 presenters across 3 states. Kingston Development were able to automate the following for Elevate Education, saving Doug time and money:

  1. The booking process
  2. Presenter management and allocation to seminar bookings
  3. Presenter timetabling and availability
  4. Warning before seminars by email and SMS
  5. Weekly roster by email
  6. Delivery of information about seminar products and supplementary products
  7. Delivery of seminar materials and manuals

Kingston Development were great to work with. We were included at every step of the way. We were able to change the brief as we went along which allowed the product to exactly match the needs of the business. Automating our day-to-day business operations has meant that I can now work a 4 day week.
Douglas Barton, Managing Director, Elevate Education
